Lesson 64--To go on about something

Phrasal Verbs

Go on about = to talk about something for a long time (not always positive)

i.e.       He went on about his vacation for hours.
She always goes on about her boyfriends until I start screaming.

notice, you can add an extra "and on" to make it seem even more annoying.

i.e.       He goes on and on about his favourite soccer team.
My father goes on and on and on about how much better things were before.
